TapQR provides digital QR code and AI review draft services. This policy explains how refund requests are handled.

Plan Review Before Purchase

Please review the TapQR plan details before purchase. The Direct Review QR Basic plan starts at ₹99 for 1 month.

Digital Service Refunds

Because TapQR provides digital services, refunds are generally reviewed case by case. We may approve a refund for duplicate payments, accidental billing, or unresolved technical issues.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds may not be available after extensive use of generated QR codes, completed setup work, or where a request is made after the plan period has been substantially used.

How to Request a Refund

Send your registered email, payment reference, plan name, and issue details to infotapqr@gmail.com. We will review your request and reply as soon as possible.
